This video
recording was made only weeks before James N. Shephard passing on October 1995.
The years prior we all would meet with my father and talk with him… he would
tell us jokes and we would laugh very hard with his deep toned voice. He has
always been a leader in all of our lives and would speak on how the Most High
Almighty God of the Universe has blessed him and made him brand new…
This music
excerption has made me look at my younger days with him and how he has
influenced all of us throughout the years of his life. He showed us what “Hard
Work” would produce if we apply the ethics to what he instilled into us all. I
have applied these work ethics throughout my workdays.. and now that I am
almost 60 years of age in four months, it brings me to the time when he was my
age and still had the motivation drive to keep working. My father always
believed in being an example of a stand-up man and a family man and leader of
the Shephard Family.
